Customer Service Policy
- Payment is required before your order is processed and shipped.
- Jafsco Ltd and e-commerce secure gateway provider Shopify and PayPal accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa and Mastercard.
- Jafsco Ltd offers standard delivery via PBT or NZ Post for New Zealand orders. For Australian orders these will be shipped from New Zealand via air mail and delivered by Australia Post within 5 to 7 working days. For UK orders these will be shipped by Royal Mail within 2 to 4 working days. For other international orders please contact: email@example.com and you will be advised of our shipping rates and shipping carrier.
- New Zealand orders are shipped within 1-3 working days. Australia orders delivered within 5-7 working days. UK orders delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
- Rural deliveries please allow for extra day(s) delivery estimated at 3-5 working days.
- If for any reason Jafsco Ltd is not able to fulfil your order you will be contacted within 2 business days after confirmation and will be advised when your order will be processed and shipped.
- Prices for shipping are based on weight:
0 > 1kg = NZ$8.50, A$9.50, UK£7.00
1.01 > 3kg = NZ$10.00, A$12.00, UK£9.50
- If an order is over 3kgs in weight we will contact the purchaser for a rate quote.
Refund and reutrns policy
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with you query before returning any item.
- If you are experiencing problems fitting you Littl' Juey head please see our FAQ's page on our website or contact email@example.com for expert advice.
- If your product is defective on arrival please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving the product. Please return the defective or wrongly shipped product to us within a further 15 days of initial contact.
- If you have purchased the incorrect Littl' Juey head for your line trimmer please contact email@example.com within 30 days, we will arrange an exchange for the correct model. This will be at the shipping cost of the purchaser. Please enclose a self-addressed prepaid postage bag.
- A copy of the invoice/proof of purchase must be produced and included with any returned Littl' Juey product.
- All Littl' Juey products purchased from a retail outlet must be taken back to the original retail outlet for a refund with proof of purchase* (*This is at the discretion of the retail outlet).
Consumer Data Policy
- We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you place and order or subscribe to our monthly newsletter.
- When placing an order you are asked for the following personal information: first name, last name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number. We may share this information and only that information which is necessary, with those third parties that are involved in processing your order.
- We do not share, sell or barter any identifiable personal information to any third party without your permission.
- When you submit questions via email, we use this information to respond to your enquiries. No information will be passed on to third parties without your permission.
- When you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be asked for an email address this information is stored in a database but if you unsubscribe this information will be deleted. No information that you provide will be shared with third parties without your permission.
