Existing devices all work with continuous nylon line wound onto a spool which is located in the head of the appliance. The temperature and humidity in the head of a line trimmer fluctuates during use due to heat generated by the motor, friction from the revolving blade, and from moisture drawn from the cut grass.

Nylon is hydroscopic which means its physical properties vary as the relative humidity changes. Enclosing a spool of nylon completely inside the head of the line trimmer exposes it to rapid changes in temperature and results in contraction or expansion of the nylon line. This makes it extremely brittle, causing it to break easily even with light use, which basically leads to widespread frustration to you.

When cutting around concrete edges, fences, posts or wire, Please change to: double up your Littl' Juey Combat2.4 or Littl' Juey 2.4mm Reloads

Keep Littl' Juey reloads moist by adding water into the tubes, this will avoid them becoming brittle, and store them in a cool place

How it works

Your high performance Littl' Juey cutting head consists of two parts that assemble together within seconds to contain pre-cut strips of cutting line. The parts fasten together on a large thread which enables the top part of the head to be easily adjusted 90 degrees for insertion of new reloads; rotation of the trimmer head tightens the strips of line within the assembly during use.

The Littl' Juey cutting head has been designed to accommodate two strips (one strips per slot) which equates to four 125mm cutting blades as opposed to the standard two in traditional machines. This simple method of line reloading means that Littl' Juey is more effective for heavy duty use.
